Error Warning Controls in StatiCAD Project Error Checks Report

When the following controls cannot be satisfied in the project, a warning is displayed on the Project Error Checks report page. For cases where no warning is shown, the relevant reports indicate whether the verifications are met.

The program issues a warning in the Project Error Checks report when the following conditions according to TBDY2018 are not met:

General Checks:

- Effective Relative Story Drift Limit exceeded

- B1 Strength Irregularity Between Adjacent Stories (Weak Story) found

- B2 Irregularity check

- B3 Vertical Element Discontinuity

- Incorrect ductility level selection

- TBDY2018 Articles 4.3.2.4, 4.3.4.5, 4.3.4.6 Shear wall overturning moment condition

Columns:

- Column Slenderness Lower Limit

- TBDY2018 Art. 7.3.1.1: Minimum cross-section dimension of rectangular columns less than 300 mm

- TBDY2018 Art. 7.3.1.1: Circular column diameter less than 350 mm

- TBDY2018 Art. 7.3.1.2: A_c ≥ N_dm / (0.40 f_ck) condition

- TS500-2000 F7.7: N_d ≤ 0.9 f_cd A_c condition

- α_x < 0 value (column number exceeding the limit value)

- TS500 Slenderness Limit when Total N_d > 0.45 × Total N_k

Shear Walls:

- Shear Wall Axial Force Limit exceeded

- Per Article 7.6.1.2: Shear Wall Thickness Condition

- Shear wall length to thickness ratio less than 6
